When is Aquafest 2025?
Aquafest 2025 is on Friday, July 11th through Sunday, July 13th this year.

We've moved the festival earlier than our traditional "last weekend of July" to accommodate the return of the carnival. Additionally, the carnival will begin operation on Thursday, July 10th.
Where is Aquafest held?
Aquafest takes place in multiple locations around Lake Stevens, with main activities centered in downtown Lake Stevens and North Cove Park. A detailed map of event locations will be available this June.
Is there an admission fee?
Aquafest itself is FREE to attend! Some individual events or activities may have there own fees. These include the Carnival, vendor purchases, and food.
How can I get carnival tickets?
Information about presale arm bands will be announced soon. Tickets and arm bands can also be bought at the event. Details on the prices of armbands and tickets as well as the days of the Carnival can be found on the Carnival page.
When will the schedule of
events be finalized?
We're currently planning our event lineup for 2025. The schedule will be updated regularly, with most events confirmed by May. The schedule for all events should be confirmed by June. Check the Events page for the current schedules.
I'm a vendor. Where can I apply?
Vendor applications are now open, and you can register on the Vendor Information page.
I want to volunteer.
How can I help?
We need volunteers now to help plan the event, as well as during the festival weekend for setup, operations, and teardown. Please fill out our volunteer form on the Volunteers page, and a committee member will contact you.
Who runs Aquafest?
Aquafest is completely volunteer-driven! The festival is organized by the Aquafest Committee, a dedicated group of community members who donate their time to keep this tradition alive. We're always looking for more help!
How is Aquafest funded?
As a community event, Aquafest relies on sponsors, donors, and vendor fees to operate. Without the generous support of local businesses and community members, this festival would not be possible.
Can I sponsor Aquafest?
Absolutely! We have sponsorship opportunities at multiple levels, from Presenting Sponsor ($5,000) to Friends of Aquafest (under $250). Visit our Sponsors page for details on each level and the benefits included.
