Vendor Application Process

IMPORTANT!

If you reserved a spot for this year's Aquafest by giving Aquafest a deposit the last day of Aquafest last year DO NOT fill out an application below.  You will be sent a separate email with a link for your application by the 15th of March!  If you do not remember that you made that deposit please contact the Vendor Coordinator.  If you fill out the below application you will be charged full price!

Please read everything Carefully

Only returning vendors should fill out an application from now until March 30th. If you are not a returning vendor, please do not fill out an application at this time. If you do fill one out you might not be considered for inclusion in this year's Aquafest. On or after April 1st - applications will be open to all.

Below you will be able to choose which type of vendor application you need to fill out.   After you select the correct one it will take you to an online form to fill out the required information and to make payment.  Payment is via PayPal.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. You only need a credit card. PayPal will send you a receipt for your payment.

Vendor prices are as follows:

Arts & Crafts Vendor - $125.00  Non-Profit - $100.00  (you must have made your items for sale to be considered an Arts & Crafts Vendor If you are reselling then you are a commercial vendor.)

Commercial and/or Direct Sales - $200.00

Food Vendor - $250.00   Non-Profit - $175.00

Electrical for Food Vendors only - $50.00 (most food vendors need this)

On the last page we asked you to read, understand and agree to the Rules, Requirements and Activity Agreement to participate in Aquafest 2019.  You will be required to have a signed and initialed copy of those statements that must be kept on file by the Aquafest Association.  

Registration is temporarily Closed  until we can determine that there is enough space for everyone.  As you may know downtown has changed significantly and we are waiting on more details from the city.  As it stands now - we are full and may have too many vendors. More information is to come and emails will be sent to every one soon to let them know their status. We apologize for any inconvenience this nay cause.
