Vendor Registration Is Closed for 2022!!!

Aquafest is July 29th, 30th & 31st

Registration for 2022 Returning Vendors will open on March 15th 

Registration for all vendors will open on April1st

Vendor applications are looked at on a first come first serve basis, however, the vendor coordinator will make the final determination of which vendors will be accepted at AQUAFEST 2022.

FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.  Payment is via PayPal

No registrations that are mailed will be considered.

IMPORTANT - READ!!!

As it has been for the past 5 years - Downtown Lake Stevens is still undergoing active construction. That construction WILL change the setup of the vendors. The number of vendors allowed and location of vendors has not been determined at this time. Those decisions will be made as we get closer to festival time hopefully in June or the first week of July. DO NOT request the same spot you had before - it doesn't exist!

Vendor Information

We anticipate Returning vendors applications will be open on March 15th, 2022. Returning vendor applications will be open until April 1st at which time vendor applications will be open to all.
 
The new pavilion in downtown Lake Stevens; The Mill and the new surrounding plaza will be used for vendors this year. We are excited to see how we will use this area to enhance the Aquafest experience. Part of the "plaza" is  known as "Mill Spur" which the new festival street. It is under construction now and should be ready before Aquafest.  

Application deadline is June 1, 2022—We often sell out earlier than that. Space is limited, so send your application early. Prior year vendors responding by April 1, 2022 will receive priority acceptance and space assignment.  After April 1, 2022 all applicants will be included as first come, first served.

Vendors provide their own table(s), chair(s), pop-up tent, displays, weather protection, etc. If we cannot approve your application, you will be contacted immediately. Fees are for an approximate 10’ x 10’ space for 3 days, Fri 12-9 pm, Sat 10 am-9 pm, Sun 10 am-5 pm.   Application & payment is made online through the vendor registration page for your category. Links will be found for applications toward on another page after you have read the rules page.  Payment to be made through PayPal. Applications will not be considered until full payment is received. Please pay at the time that you register. It makes it a whole lot easier.

More Information such as load in times, maps etc. will be promulgated as soon as we firm everything up.

Vendor Selection Criteria

The number of years you have been an Aquafest Vendor is NOT a guarantee of acceptance.

  1. 2019 Vendors have first opportunity to retain their space.

  2. Aquafest reserves the right to determine exclusivity of the food items being sold.

  3. Aquafest reserves the right to determine the difference between identical food items and items that are only similar. 

  4. Aquafest will try to minimize duplicate crafts and art. It will be the sole discretion of Aquafest to determine this.  This is a juried show.

  5. Electrical requirements are limited and may restrict the location of the booths. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANY VENDOR SET UP THEIR OWN ELECTRICAL. More on electrical services will be provided when changing conditions are known.
