Booth fees vary by category and location. All fees are for the full three-day festival unless noted.

Arts & Crafts

$300

Handmade goods, artwork, jewelry, pottery, and similar handcrafted items. 10x10 booth space.

Commercial Services

$350

Service-based businesses, information booths, and promotional displays. 10x10 booth space.

Commercial Products

$400

Commercially produced products, packaged goods, retail merchandise, clothing, and accessories. 10x10 booth space.

Non-Profit

$150

Registered 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) organizations. Proof of status required. 10x10 booth space.

Food Vendor

By Invitation

Food vendors are by invitation only. Must hold valid Snohomish County Health Department permits. Contact us for details.

Registration Timeline

March 1

Applications Open

Returning vendors receive priority placement during the first two weeks.

April 10

Returning Vendor Priority Deadline

Returning 2025 vendors receive priority booth placement through this date. After April 10, all registrations are first-come, first-served.

June 15

Application Deadline

Last day to submit vendor applications. Late applications accepted on a space-available basis.

June 30

Cancellation Deadline

Last day to cancel for a refund. No refunds after this date under any circumstances.

July 10

Vendor Setup & Insurance Due

Booth setup and check-in at North Cove Park. Liability insurance certificates must be turned in by this date.

Vendor Policies

  • Booth hours: Friday noon–9 PM, Saturday 10 AM–9 PM, Sunday 10 AM–5 PM. Booths must be open and staffed during all operating hours.

  • All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, and displays. Booth space is 10x10 feet.

  • Electricity is available on a limited basis — $50 for non-food vendors, $100 for food vendors. Must be requested at registration. No generators allowed.

  • Vendors must maintain their booth for all three days of the festival

  • Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting applicable Washington State sales tax (DOR tax code 3109)

  • No music, hawking, or roving outside your booth space. No flyers, rovers, or sandwich boards.

  • No firearms, weapons, or illegal items may be sold or displayed

  • Aquafest has no paid security. Vendors are responsible for removing valuables from their booth at the end of each day.

  • Cancellations after June 30th will not be refunded under any circumstances

  • Liability insurance with Lake Stevens Aquafest Association and City of Lake Stevens as additionally insured must be provided by setup day (July 10th)

  • Aquafest reserves the right to approve or deny any vendor application
