Please be advised that during AQUAFEST at Lake Stevens, whether or not you are participating in an event or activity, you may be photographed and your image and/or likeness may be captured on/in a variety of formats, including digital platforms. By attending Aquafest and being present in Lake Stevens, you agree to allow your likeness whether by photo, video, film, digital and other format to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and their assigns. The capture and/or use of your image and/or likeness shall be construed broadly to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
