Aquafest 2026 takes place July 10–12, 2026 at North Cove Park in Lake Stevens. The carnival opens a day early on Thursday, July 9.
Aquafest takes place at North Cove Park, 1812 Main Street, Lake Stevens, WA 98258. The park is located on the shore of Lake Stevens in downtown Lake Stevens.
Yes! Admission to the Aquafest festival grounds is free. Some individual activities, carnival rides, and food/beverage purchases have separate costs. Check the full schedule and event descriptions for details.
Parking is available in designated lots near North Cove Park. We recommend arriving early for the best spots. Overflow parking with shuttle service may be available on peak days (Saturday). Watch our social media for detailed parking maps closer to the festival.
Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome on the festival grounds. Please clean up after your pet and be mindful of crowds. The Proud Pet Show is one of our most popular events — check the schedule for times!
North Cove Park has paved pathways and ADA-accessible restrooms. Most vendor and event areas are on level ground. If you have specific accessibility questions, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. No outside alcohol is permitted on the festival grounds. A wide variety of food vendors will be available, and the Beverage Garden serves beer and wine for guests 21+.

Aquafest is 100% volunteer-run, and we always need help! Visit our Volunteer page to sign up. Volunteers receive a free Aquafest t-shirt and the gratitude of the entire community.

Aquafest is a rain-or-shine event! The Pacific Northwest knows how to celebrate in any weather. Some events may be modified in the case of severe weather conditions. Check our social media for real-time updates during the festival.
