North Cove Park sits on the western shore of Lake Stevens in downtown Lake Stevens. The park features waterfront access, open green spaces, and facilities that host the festival's main stage, vendor area, and carnival.

Take I-5 North to Exit 194 (US-2 East). Follow US-2 East to SR-204. Turn left onto SR-204 and follow into Lake Stevens. Turn right onto Main Street to North Cove Park.
From Everett (~20 min)
Take SR-204 East from Everett directly into Lake Stevens. Continue on SR-204 which becomes Main Street. North Cove Park is on the left near downtown.
From Bellingham (~1 hr 15 min)
Take I-5 South to Exit 208 (SR-530 West / Arlington). Follow SR-530 West to SR-9 South. Turn right onto SR-92 West, then left onto Main Street to North Cove Park.
Free parking is available in designated lots near North Cove Park on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early, especially on Saturday (Grande Parade day) when attendance peaks.
Main Parking Areas
Designated parking lots near North Cove Park and along Main Street. Look for Aquafest parking signs.
Overflow & Shuttle
On peak days, overflow parking with shuttle service may be available. Follow our social media for real-time parking updates during the festival.
Community Transit serves Lake Stevens with bus routes connecting to Everett and other Snohomish County communities. Check the Community Transit website for routes, schedules, and the nearest stop to North Cove Park.
Biking is also a great option — Lake Stevens has bike-friendly roads and the park has bicycle parking available.
