Vendor Move-In & Check-In
Welcome to Aquafest 2026 — here is everything you need for a smooth move-in.
Check-In Day: Friday, July 10 — starting 7:00 AM
All vendors check in at the check-in booth on the southwest corner of 125th Ave NE & 18th St NE. A team will hand you your welcome package and direct you where to go.
Your package contains important weekend information and your Space #.
How Move-In Works
- Line up on the right side of 125th Ave NE (entering from 20th St SE) and wait until a coordinator tells you to proceed to the venue.
- You will be called forward based on unloading-space availability near your assigned spot — not by who is first in line. Please be patient and follow all directions; this is safety first, move-in second.
- Do not drive past any road closure unless an Aquafest volunteer tells you to. If you hit a blocked road, you are going the wrong way — ask anyone in a Hi-Vis vest for help. Main Street is closed from Jays Market to 16th St NE.
- At your unloading space, unload quickly into your space, then move and park your vehicle before setting up. This keeps everyone moving in fast. We have information on where you can park — parking is limited in the immediate area.
- If you paid for electricity, we will run it to you as quickly as we can once a majority of spaces are set up.
We are hoping to have volunteers on hand to help you unload to your space.
🚫 Do NOT park in any commercial parking lot — you will be towed.
That includes stopping to unload. If friends or family are coming to help you at any time during the event, tell them not to park in a commercial lot — even for a moment.
